WMRMCC - West Michigan Regional Medical Control Consortium

The WMRMCC is a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit, organization comprised of Medical Control Authorities established for the purposes of improving systems of prehospital emergency care.

The WMRMCC meetings are considered to be subject to the Open Meetings act due to the policy development nature of the group exercised by the individual MCA participants. The WMRMCC may go into closed session to discuss disaster preparedness or for Professional Standards Review Organization (PSRO) reviews. The WMRMCC does act as a "review entity" for the purposes of PSRO when reviewing cross-county system performance, in the sharing of personnel PSRO review information, in the review of state data which may contain protected information, for disaster preparedness and for any other review function which may be exercised by the individual participants.

The WMRMCC meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Tamarac Center in Fremont MI from 1 PM to 3 PM.
